After agreeing they had no interest in my vehicle they said it wasn't their fault and blamed it on an auction house in New Jersey that they used to sell it to the dealer I bought it from. They said they indeed had a lien on my vehicle and would look into it and respond promptly. After I found a number for their corporate office I was finally able to talk to someone. I asked the Pennsylvania authority for an update.
